We usually allow customers to return almost all of our products 3 days prior from the day they had purchased the good(s) from us ONLY if they are still in good conditions, and if they haven't been severely damaged. Please note that if you exceed this period, we will reject any returns no matter what the issue or cause is about. Returns will only be tolerated in the event or case it happened that they arrived to you partially broken, having a defect, having an expired date, quantity is less than what you ordered, product(s) is/are not as described on the website, or you simply are dissatisfied with the end result, then we urge you to keep the item(s) intact and closed the way the product(s) came in the package so that we can exchange and deliver the same good(s) for you completely free of charge, or if you otherwise prefer to have your money back, we can refund you in full, no questions asked. However, please keep in mind that credit refunds can only be made in person when you come to visit our office in Beirut, Achrafieh and hand us the good(s) you would like to return by yourself. We hope you understand and admire these regulatory rules clearly.
We promise to quickly invoice your order once it reaches us, and to promptly ship the goods you had ordered within a maximum of 3 working days; usually much less. If for some particular reason you do not receive them within this period, or need to cancel your order, then please consult us by phone right away as we should be informed beforehand. When the delivery guy arrives to your address location, he will hand you the the good(s) along with the invoice. Inspect and carefully check that everything is perfectly well as per your request upon paying him in cash. Note that credit/debit cards, cheques, or any other payment forms will not be accepted whatsoever. In case you are not at your home or you don't show up for any reason, then the good(s) will be returned back to our warehouse without the possibility to reorder again. If you would like to remove this limitation and be eligible to reorder, then you will have to come by yourself to our office and pay a $5 USD fee for transportation services of your previous undelivered order. Last but not least, just so you'd know, some product images displayed on this website might slightly look or seem different from the actual physical products in relation to size and shape once you receive them by hand.
Products can only be shipped after we successfully receive the total payment amount due in full through Western Union's online money transfer system.
